Participants required for dissertation

Posted by Clark December 9, 2012, 3:18 pm Hello all I am a third year undergraduate at the university of Northumbria. I would like to ask anyone reading this for a few minutes of your time to help me gather participants for my dissertation on the effects of Facebook on social and mental health. The study will require you to answer 3 questionnaires on your Facebook usage, social interactions and mental health. Some questions may relate to symptoms of depression or anxiety and so you are not required to provide an answer if you feel uncomfortable doing so. The study will take approximately 5-10 minutes Participants must be between 18 and 40 and have an active Facebook account. This study and its protocol have received full ethical approval from the Department of Psychology Ethics Committee (Undergraduate) at Northumbria in accordance with the School of Life Sciences Ethics Committee. It is being supervised by Dr. Michael Smith.
