To my knowledge there are few master's degree programs exclusively in social psychology. However, most general psychology master's programs will have students focus on one particular area of psychology for their thesis research and degree concentration. Also, a psychology degree is not at all required for a psychology master's, however if you lack some background coursework, some programs may have you take additional classes as preparation.
