Are there any obvious pathways to this sort of career? Social psych, I/O, or MPA with coursework in social-cognitive psychology? Any grad programmes in particular? Would inter-disciplinary programmes help or harm my aim, from the POV of potential employers? My BA is in anthropology (no Hons designation, erratic grades, mediocre GPA). I've been out of academia for ten years. Currently, I'm doing undergrad coursework in psychology on a non-degree basis, achieving 4.0 grades so far. I would only be able to commit to a terminal MA, for a variety of reasons.
