Teachers College, Columbia University is proud to host the 2013 Winter Roundtable Conference this February 15th and 16th!

The conference's theme – “Honoring Our Legacy, and Empowering Future Leaders" – celebrates the Winter Roundtable’s 30 years of accomplishments while beholding the promise of future advancements by leaders in the fields of cultural psychology and education.

Since 1983, the Winter Roundtable has attracted scholars, practitioners, researchers, social change agents, and students who collaborated and shared significant insights regarding a diverse range of topics including:

* Language
* Literacy
* Access
* Wellness
* Cultural values
* Experiences with oppression and discrimination

Anyone interested in the intersections between race, ethnicity, social class, gender, sexual orientation, and religious affiliation in psychology and education is encouraged to attend this truly rewarding conference.

As an added incentive, the Winter Roundtable is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education credits for psychologists:

* NASW-NYC (13 hours)
* NBCC (11 hours)
* APA (10 hours)
