 Conducting Online Research

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to setup my first online research study and I had a few questions for you:

(A) Do you use SurveyMonkey or are there better sites?

(B) Is it possible to give students extra credit in their classes for online research while maintaining confidentiality? With research done on actual paper, you could at least visibly separate information identifying the participant from his/her responses, but I'm not sure how you would do that online.

(C) A related question: How do you get participants to give informed consent if they cannot actually sign a consent form?

(D) If I have little money and am at a small college, are there any ways I could still get a relatively large sample?

Please feel free to e-mail me at lee.markowitz@laroche.edu

Thanks for your help!

-Lee
