The Psychology Department of Cornell University seeks to hire a faculty member in social or personality psychology and will consider all ranks, from beginning Assistant Professor to a named Chair, with a target start date of July 1, 2017. Review of applications will begin September 19, 2016. We are especially interested in applicants with research interests in judgment/decision-making (broadly defined), but scholars with interests in all areas of social and personality psychology—including social cognition, attitudes, emotion, relationships, culture, and stereotyping/prejudice—are encouraged to apply.
