Dear Colleagues,
The Director of the National Science Foundation has issued a Dear Colleague Letter inviting researchers to consider the Rapid Response Research (RAPID) funding mechanism to address research relevant to the emergence of the lethal Ebola virus in the United States:
RAPID grants can be used immediately to understand how to model and understand the spread of Ebola, educate about prophylactic behaviors and understand social psychological processes relevant to addressing this global challenge. Researchers considering submitting a RAPID to the Social Psychology Program should contact Kerry Marsh (kmarsh@nsf.gov) and Sally Dickerson (sdickers@nsf.gov) prior to submission.
Best,
Kerry
