SENIOR POLICY AND PUBLIC OPINION ANALYST ROLE DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Senior Policy and Public Opinion Analyst
Date Position Opens: July 15, 2006
Hours: Full-time
Location: St. Louis, Missouri
Summary
We are seeking a candidate for an exciting and demanding opportunity that will entail working closely with senior US partners to provide research and analysis services to clients. The candidate will be accountable for the development of client research reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
· Conduct analysis and evaluation of literature and datasets.
· Collaborate with research teams to deliver reputation assessments.
· Utilize computational tools and science based methodologies to evaluate issue dimensions and deliver analytic research reports.
· Create novel approaches for reputation analysis and collaborate with academic research efforts to understand reputation.
· Manage project deliverables to client in timely manner.
· Prepare client recommendations and reports.
· Participate in client engagements, meetings and perform client presentation on key findings of research.
WORKSKILLS: The individual will have strong organization and communication skills. In addition, they will enjoy working in a dynamic cross-functional team based environment. Experience with data analysis, computers, and/or programming a plus.
RESEARCH INTERESTS: The individual will have knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following areas: social cognition, attitudes and beliefs, cross-cultural psychology, emotions, and research methods.
EXPERIENCE: N/A
QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION: Graduate Ph.D. degree in sociology or psychology.
