| Research Coordinator | | | | | | | Organizational Wellness & Learning Systems (OWLS) is looking for a professional to join our small team. Our work is in applied social psychology working in the fields of organizational health and employee well-being (e.g., stress, coworker relations, leadership). The ideal candidate should possess the following: enjoyment and knowledge of research (experimental and survey design), data management and analysis, an avid desire to publish research and write grants, and a mature, professional attitude. The position will be part of our start-up organization, where staff wear a variety of hats and the following competencies are necessary: project management, good planning and priority-setting skills, and ability to stay efficient and centered in a multi-tasking environment. We need someone who understands and enjoys proactive team communication and follow-up and enjoys and is able to communicate ideas and concepts about occupational health to a lay audience. Applicants should be Ph.D. (preferred) and we will consider MA, MS, ABD in the social/behavioral sciences. A plus to candidates with experience and course-work in workplace health promotion, occupational health, substance abuse prevention, and multi-level statistical models (e.g., HLM).
