The Department of Psychology at THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY seeks outstanding faculty for a tenured position in our social psychology program. Rank is at the Associate Professor level and subject to the availability of funds. However, in exceptional circumstances (e.g., candidates who offer extraordinary opportunities to further the University’s commitments to mentoring underrepresented students), appointment at the Full Professor level may be considered. All applicants are expected to have strong research programs and to contribute to both graduate and undergraduate supervision and instruction. Candidates whose interests complement existing strengths or priority areas in the department (e.g., clinical, cognitive, developmental, psychobiology, quantitative, social) will be especially attractive.
