The Department of Psychology at Penn State is seeking candidates for several positions as Postdoctoral Teaching Fellows beginning Spring 2004. These are fixed-term positions focused on undergraduate teaching, requiring a minimum three-semester commitment. Successful candidates will teach 5 course sections (2-3 preparations) each academic year, and participate in a mentoring program aimed at enhancing teaching skills. Fellows will teach introductory psychology courses and upper-level courses in clinical, neuroscience/psychobiology, or cognitive areas, depending on interests and departmental needs. A completed Ph.D. in one of these areas is preferred, but ABD candidates very close to completion may be considered.
