The Social Science Division invites applications for an anticipated one-year Visiting Professor position in Psychology for the 2003/2004 academic year. The division is seeking candidates who are capable of teaching 3-4 courses per semester in the following areas: Social Psychology, Statistics, Research Methods, and Introductory Psychology. Qualifications include: Ph.D. in psychology, university teaching experience, evidence of scholarship, and a commitment to fostering quality teaching in a liberal-arts environment. Initially, applicants should send only a curriculum vita and a statement of application indicating the applicant’s perceived fit with the university’s Christian and liberal arts orientation as well as a description of teaching interests. Review of applicants will begin January 1, 2003 and will continue until the position is filled.
