Duties will include maintaining an active research profile, contribution to the teaching of Personality at all levels of the undergraduate and postgraduate programs, and research supervision at the honours and postgraduate levels. Essential Criteria: PhD at the time of taking up the position; an active research profile; relevant publications; evidence of the capacity to attract research funds; experience in teaching at the tertiary level; strong communication skills; the ability to teach Personality and link it to any of the allied domains of social psychology, developmental psychology and psychological assessment. Desirable Criteria: Experience in the supervision of honours and postgraduate students; interest in innovative teaching approaches and flexible learning delivery.
