I would like to draw your attention to two newly advertised positions (open-rank) in the School of Psychology at the University of East Anglia, located in Norwich (roughly 2 hours northeast of London). We are targeting experimental social cognition and/or social neuroscience for one or both positions. We are a friendly and collaborative department and are in a period of well-planned growth. There is strong support for expanding the Social Cognition group, and we would love to hear from interested candidates at all career stages.
For those unfamiliar with the UK academic system, Lecturer is roughly equivalent to Assistant Professor (with tenure, subject to a successful probationary period), Senior Lecturer is equivalent to Associate Professor, and Reader/Professor are equivalent to full professor at differing levels of seniority.
