Both of these positions involve working with the principal investigators (Omoto and Snyder) to oversee all phases of the implementation of a research project recently funded by two grants from the National Institute of Mental Health on the social psychological aspects of AIDS volunteerism. This new 5-year project extends the principal investigators' previous collaborative work and builds on psychological theory in designing and evaluating interventions aimed at enhancing client health and volunteer satisfaction and persistence in AIDS service organizations. Brief descriptions of the two positions and contact information follow. Although the project involves coordinated data collection at the two research sites, interested individuals must separately apply to the different positions.
