Postdoctoral Fellow
UC LEAF Program - A&S Psychology
(Leadership, Empowerment, Advancement for Women STEM Faculty)

The McMicken College of Arts & Sciences' Department of Psychology is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow with expertise in social network analysis to work with researchers in the department and UC LEAF (Leadership, Empowerment, and Advancement of Women Faculty in STEM). LEAF is an NSF ADVANCE-IT initiative whose mission is to improve climate, recruitment, retention and advancement for women and women of color faculty in STEM disciplines at the University. The UC LEAF research team is led by Dr. Rachel Kallen and Dr. Stacie Furst-Holloway, both from the University’s Department of Psychology.

QUALIFICATIONS
A Ph.D. is required, and strong preference will be given to applicants with a Ph.D. in social psychology, I/O psychology, or a relevant area of expertise related to diversity and gender in organizations. The desired candidate should also possess strong organizational, communication, collaborative, and analytic skills, and demonstrate a history of effective and productive scholarship that includes the application of social network analytic techniques. This is a one-year appointment, renewable for an additional year upon satisfactory performance, with a start date as soon as practical.
