Seeking ABD, new Ph.D./Dr.PH or degreed professional with 2+ years experience in health related research, program evaluation and advanced statistical analysis.
Interest in technology-based well-being, positive psychology programs (with workplace focus) highly desirable. Grant writing a plus. Preference for candidates who can reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area (likely to work remotely with part-time in-office meetings).
Research Scientist position entails writing, applying for, and helping to supervise new research grants, managing all aspects of field and survey studies (e.g, IRB approval, survey development, data collection/analysis,and publications), and working with the OWLS team to apply evidence-based insights in positive psychology to occupational and public health.
Work on a current 2+ year funded project to fully design and implement a web-based intervention that integrates wellness and employee assistance services.
Education Requirements: ABD, new Ph.D./Dr.PH or degreed professional.
