The Moral Psychology Research Lab at Harvard University seeks a post-doctoral fellow to study the psychological and neural foundations of learning in the moral domain.

The goal of the fellowship is to use recent research into domain-general mechanisms of learning and decision-making to guide the study of analogous phenomena in the moral domain. The laboratory is housed in the psychology department and provides access to an excellent research training environment and interaction with a diverse range of researchers. More information about the laboratory is available on our website or by contacting the PI, Fiery Cushman.

This position is fully funded for two years at NRSA salary levels, with the possibility of extension for a third year, and also includes dedicated funds for functional neuroimaging and other research expenses. Candidates of any background are encouraged to apply, but those with training in computational cognitive neuroscience may be especially suited for this position. The target start date is between April 1, 2015 and September 1, 2015. Review of applications will continue until the position is filled, and we will make arrangements for short-listed candidates to visit the laboratory in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
