The Department of Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro invites applications for a tenure-track position in Social-Personality Psychology (Assistant Professor Level), to begin August 1, 2015.

The Department consists of 23 full-time faculty and offers a BA in psychology, an MA in General Experimental psychology, and the Ph.D., in clinical, cognitive, developmental and social psychology (see http://psychology.uncg.edu for more information.

Psychology supports strong research resources, such as a diverse research participation pool, equipment and systems for a wide array of research methods (e.g., eye-tracking, ERP, ESM), and a research-dedicated neuroimaging facility.

We are seeking someone to join an active and collaborative research department. Candidates must demonstrate strong potential for securing external funding. All applicants should have a clear commitment to graduate and undergraduate teaching and show evidence of a strong independent research program.
