The Analyst Institute is an independent center that uses learnings from social psychology, behavioral economics and related fields to help progressive political groups figure out what really wins campaigns. Our Senior Analysts are the central players who make it all happen.

Experiment might involve membership recruitment, voter registration, fundraising, volunteer mobilization, grassroots advocacy, voter persuasion, or get-out-the-vote efforts -- a wide range of political tactics. To succeed as a Senior Analyst, you must have experience with social-science experiments, relevant statistical and methodological training, be self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic start-up environment. desirable.

• Familiarity with academic research on persuasion, voter mobilization, and related topics.

• Project management experience, especially in the political or nonprofit sector.

• Familiarity with statistical software (Stata and/or R); mastery of one or more statistical software programs is particularly desirable.
