The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto invites applications from qualified individuals with established excellence in research and teaching for a full-time tenure-stream/tenured appointment in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (OB/HRM). One position is at the rank of Assistant Professor and one position is at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. Both positions will commence July 1, 2014.

Applicants for the position of Assistant Professor must have a Ph.D. in OB/HRM or a closely related discipline by the date of appointment or shortly thereafter or be currently appointed as Assistant Professors in OB/HRM or closely related disciplines and already have a Ph.D. We are interested in individuals with excellent research skills and the ability to become an excellent MBA instructor.

Applicants for the position of Associate/Full Professor must have a Ph.D. in OB/HRM or a closely related discipline and must have an emerging or developed scholarly reputation. We are interested in individuals with excellent research skills and demonstrated excellence as an MBA instructor.

Salaries are competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Evidence of excellence in teaching and research is required.
