Austin State University has two one-year openings for visiting positions beginning in the Fall 2001 semester. Ph.D. in psychology preferred; ABDs will be considered. Primary teaching responsibilities for both positions will be in the Quantitative Methods area, in courses such as Statistics, Experimental Design, and Research Methods, as well as courses in candidate's area of specialization. Area of specialization is open, though persons with interests in Industrial/Organizational, Social, and/or Developmental Psychology are particularly encouraged to apply. Demonstrated teaching effectiveness with expertise in applying computing technology is required. Competitive salary, research facilities, and faculty computing system available.
