We seek candidates with a Ph.D. in psychology (or related field) whose research and teaching interests focus on the intersection of neuroscience and cognitive, developmental, or social psychology.

The successful applicant will have an active, visible research program that has strong potential to attract external funding. The specific research area is open, but we encourage applications from scholars whose research focus would complement existing strengths in our experimental training area. We also have a large nearby airport (Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport) with direct flights to several large cities.

For fullest consideration, applications should be received by November 1st, 2011; review of applications will continue until the position is filled. Applicants should send a) a CV, b) representative publication reprints, and c) statements of research plans and teaching interests. They should also arrange for three letters of recommendation to be sent to Dr. Ellen Leen-Feldner, Department of Psychology, 216 Memorial Hall, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, AR 72701 (or to PsycHire@uark.edu). Questions regarding this position can be sent to eleenfe@uark.edu. Visit our website, http://psyc.uark.edu, for more information.
