| Postdoctoral Fellow | | | | | | | The Joseph L. Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto anticipates appointing a Postdoctoral Fellow for two years, with a starting date of July 1, 2011. The Postdoctoral Fellow will serve as a Lab Manager of the Behavioural Research Laboratory. The position will not require any teaching and salary will be competitive. We have a growing community of researchers who explore basic and applied questions relevant to psychology. Psychologically oriented faculty members include those in Organizational Behaviour/HR Management (Jennifer Berdahl, Stéphane Cote, Katherine DeCelles, Sanford DeVoe, Gary Latham, Geoffrey Leonardelli, Maria Rotundo, and Chen-Bo Zhong) and in Marketing (Scott Hawkins, Nina Mazar, Andrew Mitchell, Dilip Soman, Claire Tsai, Alison Xu and Min Zhao). The Lab Manager should have a Ph.D. in psychology, organizational behaviour, marketing or the equivalent as of 2011 (before applying for the position), be very knowledgeable about the design and conduct of behavioural research, and be familiar with current standards and practices in the ethical conduct of research.
