Social psychologists welcome!
The University of Houston--Downtown Psychology program seeks to fill two positions for tenure track Assistant Professors of Psychology beginning in Fall 2009. All areas of expertise will be considered, but we strongly encourage applicants with expertise in clinical or counseling psychology or research methods to apply. Doctorate in psychology required for appointment as Assistant Professor. ABD nearing completion of degree considered.
Candidate must be prepared to teach a range of undergraduate courses including Introduction to Psychology or Research Methods, be committed to university service, and sustain a productive research agenda.
