Postdoctoral research position available to assist Dr. Brenda Major and a team of graduate students in planning, implementing, analyzing, and writing up grant-related research on psychological and psychophysiological (cardiovascular, hormonal) responses to stress associated with stigma and discrimination. The successful applicant will have Ph.D. in social and/or health psychology, strong skills in statistical analyses, writing, and experimental design, and background in intergroup relations, biology of stress, and/or emotion. Experience in measurement and analysis of psychophysiological responses desirable; willingness to learn essential.

Start date is summer or fall, 2008. Competitive salary and benefits are provided, and will be commensurate with training and experience.
