Towers Perrin-ISR: A History of Helping Organizations Succeed

Towers Perrin-ISR’s core philosophy has been consistent for 30 years: an organization’s people are the key to its success. As the world's premier global employee research and consulting firm, Towers Perrin-ISR designs and implements employee, management, and customer surveys to produce insight that helps senior leaders to enhance their human assets. With our assistance, organizations can manage, perform, and compete more effectively.

Towers Perrin-ISR was an international firm from the very beginning, with offices in both Chicago and London. We focused on supporting the employee research needs of multinationals, where there are significant complexities created by time, distance, language, and culture. Our expertise and reputation grew quickly. In the years since 1974 we’ve opened additional wholly owned offices around the world.

Our highly educated and experienced consultants provide insider analysis to many of the world's largest and most successful organizations. Towers Perrin-ISR’s clients include national and multinational companies, not-for-profit organizations, and public-sector agencies in more than 100 countries. In excess of 35 million employees from over 3,000 companies have communicated their views in a Towers Perrin-ISR survey, participating in a process that helps their organizations to grow and prosper.

We offer a rare opportunity with an Elite organization.

Role and responsibilities include:

- Work with consultant colleagues to full fill client requests for advanced data analytic support
- Translate client needs into an analytic research plan and execute that plan through research analysis
- Interpret and communicate the results in a form that allows technical and non-technical audiences to understand and act on them
- Oversee the work and development of other research analytic support staff
- Contribute as a strong member of a corporate research team that is global in scope and global in its application and sharing of client research insights internally
- Deliver high quality results within tight timelines and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Take an active role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering research analyses to support marketing initiatives and new services development, both individually and as a member of internal committees
- Work with staff in other departments of the firm to coordinate the research work necessary to drive marketing and services development initiatives forward
- Serve as a resource to support brand-building and public relations initiatives (e.g. submitting research papers to conferences, assisting with writing press releases and articles for publication in popular and academic outlets)
- Serve as a point of contact globally for questions about research services
- Assist project staff as required in external client-facing contexts (e.g. marketing/sales meetings)

Requisite skills and experience:

- A post-graduate qualification (e.g. Masters, PhD) in the social/behavioral sciences
- Extensive experience in common and advanced social science data analysis techniques, including factor analysis, regression (from simple linear regression to hierarchical regression and multi-level modeling), structural equation modeling, and cluster/segmentation analysis
- Experience analyzing and interpreting large-scale survey data
- Experience programming statistics packages (e.g. SPSS, SAS) for data analysis
- Knowledge of organizational/occupational psychology
- Relevant work experience in a client-service setting in which interpreting and presenting findings to often non-technical audiences is emphasized (e.g. organizational surveys, market research)
- Successful candidates will demonstrate strong professional credibility, excellent writing, presentation and teambuilding skills and a flexible, open-minded approach.

Towers Perrin-ISR offers:

- A highly stimulating, intellectually rich work environment
- Cross-cultural and international experience
- The chance to join a dynamic, collegial and growing global firm, known and respected for its leadership in human capital issues
