The University of Evansville announces an opening for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Psychology beginning August 2008. Highest priority is a candidate with a Ph.D. in Social Psychology. However, consideration will be given to Ph.D.s in other areas of psychology. All candidates should be prepared to teach introductory psychology, statistics, research methods, social psychology, and other undergraduate courses within the area of expertise. The University places greatest value on teaching performance; in addition, there is significant focus on undergraduate research within the Psychology Department.
