General Profile
Candidate will have 2-5 years internal or external organizational experience in a research capacity (e.g., survey research, best practice research, etc.) and a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field. Fluency in a foreign language is desirable but not required.

Major Responsibilities and Job Activities
-Provide consulting and analytic support to the Firm’s clients and internal client teams in the research-related aspects of large-scale organization change. Specifically, design and delivery of customized services in the areas of assessment (individual, team and organization), benchmarking and best practice research, literature review synthesis, and intellectual capital development.
-Identify and/or create opportunities to leverage Firm capabilities in client settings through Research offerings
-Project coordination and management for engagements; leads Delta Solutions project teams in the effective development and execution of project plans and timelines. Works closely with the client and/or project lead to adjust timelines based on client needs and unforeseen events.
-Internal firm development for Oliver Wyman - Delta Organization & Leadership. This can take the form of creating and contributing new intellectual capital, leading internal teams, contributing to internal development for others, presenting to outside groups, etc. Also develop in-depth expertise around particular research methodologies (e.g., MIDAS, Strategic Selection, GEM, etc.).

Relevant Experience and Capabilities
-Advanced training in organizational research. Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field
-Experience with organizational applications of research methodologies, e.g., assessment methods, analytical processes, focus groups, feedback processes
-Ability to use technology for statistical analyses and data base research
