Kellogg is seeking an experienced leader to join our growing research support organization. Reporting to the Senior Director for Research Support, you will oversee the implementation and the strategic evolution of support services that we offer to enable and accelerate behavioral research at Kellogg. Your goal will be to make ambitious research projects at Kellogg happen, and you will play a crucial role in making the research experience enjoyable and operationally effective.

In addition to managing the current portfolio of support services, you have the opportunity to provide thought leadership and drive significant improvements in this area. For example, you will lead an initiative to expand the size and diversity of subject pools both for online and in-laboratory experiments. You will also work closely with Kellogg faculty and Northwestern facilities managers to lead a significant renovation of the Kellogg behavioral lab spaces. As part of the ongoing research support process, you will gather feedback from our faculty and lead the development of new, high-value support services.
